The Horizon Internship Program is designed to introduce students to the different areas that make a community bank work while helping them discover where their own interests and strengths could lead.

Throughout the summer, interns will work alongside Paradise Bank professionals, participate in meaningful projects, learn about different departments and gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a community bank.

The Horizon Internship Program is an in-office experience based at our East Boca Raton Headquarters. Being in the office gives interns the opportunity to work directly with our team, meet professionals across the Bank and get the most out of the hands-on experience.
No prior banking experience is required. We're looking for students who are motivated, curious, professional and eager to learn. The program is designed to introduce you to community banking and help you explore the different career paths available within the industry.
You won't spend your summer just observing or fetching coffee. Horizon interns gain exposure to different areas of the Bank, work on real projects and assignments, meet with professionals across departments and participate in professional development opportunities. The program concludes with a capstone presentation to members of Paradise Bank's executive management team.
